European Robotics Forum 2022 (ERF2022)
The European Robotics Forum 2022 (ERF 2022), the most influential meeting of the robotics community in Europe, will be held between 28 – 30 June, 2022 in Rotterdam. ERF is a top-notch international forum, spanning both academia and industry. It aims to foster communication and knowledge transfer between researchers and practitioners and covers all aspects and current themes related to the field of robotics. Researchers, engineers, managers, and a growing number of entrepreneurs, business people, and public funding officers from all over Europe use ERF to discuss technology push and market pull and how innovation in robotics and AI can be accelerated.

COVID-19 situation
The organization of the European Robotics Forum (ERF2022) is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation. Our top priority is the well-being of our event attendees, speakers, sponsors & exhibitors and we will strictly follow recommendations concerning the organization of public events, travel and stay.
Currently, we are continuing preparations for a physical ERF2022 edition to take place in Rotterdam from June 28-30, 2022. However, we will review this on an ongoing basis as well as engaging in contingency planning and working on alternatives to the physical event. In case of a scenario in which a restricted number of participants (including speakers, sponsors & exhibitors) can attend the ERF2022 physically, based on a first-come first-serve principle. This means that we will be keeping track of the exact order of all in-coming registration. In case we will be forced to limit the number of physical participants to a maximum of N participants, the first N registered will be the ones allowed to be physically present. We therefor encourage you to make advantage of the early bird rate for ERF2022 that is available until 31 March 2022, 23.59 CET.
We are still very hopeful that we will meet each other in person in Rotterdam and are looking forward to bringing you all together to our ecosystem of researchers, engineers, managers, entrepreneurs, businesspeople, etc. to connect, share and learn.
