LEITAT is a Spanish multidisciplinary private research centre with more than 100 years. We improve the competitiveness of industry by providing knowledge and technology enabling industrial innovation. Working day-to-day with the industry, LEITAT leads industrial and public-competitive projects to develop new technologies and increase their readiness-level for a market entry and deployment. LEITAT offers a flexible collaboration model to industry, from externalised R&D services, research contracts, dedicated personnel up to joint-lab initiatives.

Among other disciplines, Leitat is a technology partner in 4.0, with track record internationally recognized in the digital transformation (manufacturing processes, connected products and 4.0-enabled business models). Regarding industry 4.0 our activity focuses on the combination of two visions; the physical world and the digital environment around the industrial productivity.
