The IES Santa Rosa de Lima of Córdoba, Spain, organised an event during the European Robotics Week 2017 aimed at developing creativity with Makey Makey and Scratch. It has been the only #ERW2017 event organised for students of 13 to 15 years old in Córdoba. The participants enjoyed programing and carrying out interactive activities related to music and video games using curricular contents of Biology and English.
Students need a new way to express and share what they learn, and the teachers provided them with tools, resources and new technologies.
The main objectives of the activities were to develop the creativity of the participants and to teach them how to use a Makey Makey board with Scratch. During the following months, the students will be working to develop their own projects that will be published on the high school webpage (www.iessantarosadelima.com).
